When comparing prices, be aware that most repair service companies will not mention shipping and container costs, which can amount to hundreds of extra dollars!

FULL WARRANTY OPTIONS:
1-year plan --- $1,900
2-year plan -- $2,600
3-year plan -- $3,300
These plans cover all shipping costs and shipping container, all internal laser parts and labor.
Items covered: Laser tube, controller board, shutter solenoid, detector board, foot pedal, collimating lense, re-gas of tube, scanner board, wiring, power supply, mirrors, focus lens and seals.
Items not covered: Fibers, handpieces, disposable tips.
Policy does not cover: Misuse or abuse of the laser, acts of nature – fire, water, wind, ice, etc.
Turn around time for laser repairs is generally 7 to 10 working days, though most cases are completed within a week.
Bal-Tech Medical also carries disposable items such as fibers, ceramic and steel tips, masts, glasses, smoke evacuators and supplies.
*Bal-Tech reserves right to deny service contract offer if initial inspection reveals laser is badly damaged or in high stage of neglect. Inspection fee is $250.
