Aesthetic Success Program offers comprehensive training, but it starts with equipment

The popularity of Bal-Tech Medical’s Aesthetic Success Program is fueled by the fact that it is a complete, comprehensive medical spa startup program that virtually covers all of the bases of this exciting and lucrative business.

The Gold level features a high-quality refurbished Intense Pulsed Light system (usually a Lumenis Vasculight Plus SR, Quantum HR/SR or Palomar MediLux system), as well as a new DiamondSound advanced facial rejuvenation system (combination microdermabrador and ultrasound/e-stim system), while the Platinum level includes a new Iriderm VariLite 532/940 combination laser for photo rejuvenation and small vein work, a refurbished Alexandrite 755 or a Diode 810 laser for hair removal, and the DiamondSound.

The DiamondSound is a new system that Bal-Tech provides because it has proven to be one of the most popular treatments at its Ultimate Image Medical Spa training center, and at other reference sites around the country.

It provides superior exfoliation without stretching the skin like current microdermabradors, then drives in moisturizing topicals with a deep-tissue heating and collagen stimulation via a patented bio-phoresis process with ultrasound and electronic stimulation.

The results are immediate and pleasing to a patient, who will notice an improvement in skin texture and appearance after one treatment. The system is also effective in other clinical areas – acne treatments, pigmentation, vascular and skin tone/texture abnormalities, as well as post IPL and surgical healing.

The VariLite was chosen for the Platinum program because, with its scanner, it provides a novel approach to photo rejuvenation called MicroSpot Fractional Rejuvenation, which is a high-energy focal treatment that leaves untreated tissue between small spot exposures, providing more efficacy than traditional large-spot treatments and improved safety and post-treatment healing. The system’s unique 940 wavelength is an excellent wavelength for treating individual veins as well.
