Customize the Aesthetic Success Program to Emphasize Business and Marketing Training

It is not uncommon for physicians, nurses and aestheticians to seek extra clinical training to be able to introduce new treatments to patients, but seeking advice and guidelines for operating and promoting the business is a relatively new arena for those in the medical field.

Shawn Dunning, the operations manager at Bal-Tech Medical’s Ultimate Image Medical Spa and Training Center, conducts the two days of operations training and 12 weeks of followup conference calls and discussions.

The operations training covers many facets, including business plan considerations, design and décor, insurance needs, consent and record keeping forms, OHSA and HIPPA requirements, scheduling strategies, computer hardware and software needs, fee schedules, skincare products, skin-care consults, laser safety protocol and many other topics.

Kathleen Sirota, office manager and aesthetician at the practice of Dr. Eric Okamoto in Fremont, CA was pleased with her experience after purchasing the training package.
